Rental with high setup fee is mainly for customers who tend to have a long stay. By raising the setup fee, periodic costs can be pushed to a very low price. This means you can easily save allot of money over time.

With this option you can buy your server over a period of time (12, 24 and 36 months). The hardware will become your property when the contract ends.

KVM can be used for configuring or restoring your server. KVM is like you are directly connected to your server with a screen and keyboard without the loss of connection when for example rebooting your server
Either HP iLO access, Dell iDrac or similar KVM over IP access is provided. These services will give you nearly full control over your system, as if you were locally in the data center.
Support Service Level Agreement
We have several support packages which only apply to hardware operation and the (physical) network operation of your server(s). We will take care of networking and hardware. You can also view our managed server service plan if you feel like you need extra monitoring and/or guarantee for your server(s).
